Megan O'Connell State Farm is a locally owned State Farm Agency that has a family feel with an upbeat/fast pace work environment.


Responsibilities of the position:

  • Contact lead requests that potential customers have filled out (purchased by Agency Owner)
  • Act in the role of being an advisor for risks
  • Create marketing plans and follow up on marketing plans
  • Business management
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships

  • No insurance experience is necessary
