Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Position Overview:


IGT Logistics is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a logistics professional with a strong background in account management, pricing strategy, and customer relationship development. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5+ years of industry experience, with proven expertise in quoting, pricing, and managing RFP processes, as well as handling high-volume, enterprise-level accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on customer requirements and market conditions
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive
  • Lead and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process from start to finish
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Handle complex, high-volume accounts, including major clients such as FedEx or similar enterprise customers
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service terms with clients


Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a 3PL environment
  • Strong knowledge of quoting, pricing models, and RFP processes
  • Proven experience managing large or enterprise-level accounts (e.g., FedEx or similar)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic pricing decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
