A high-growth global technology provider is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead commercial expansion across the USA.
This role focuses on driving revenue across a portfolio of existing enterprise clients while developing new opportunities with financial institutions that rely on risk analytics, trading, and portfolio management technology.
You will work closely with pre-sales specialists and a dedicated BDR, focusing on complex solution sales into senior stakeholders across trading, risk, and treasury functions.
The position offers significant earning potential with uncapped commission and the opportunity to help scale a rapidly growing commercial function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing strategic accounts across financial institutions
- Identify and convert new opportunities with banks, trading firms, and capital markets participants
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving risk analytics, pricing, and trading technology
- Engage senior decision-makers including Chief Risk Officers, Heads of Market Risk, Quant teams, and Trading Technology leaders
- Partner closely with pre-sales specialists and a BDR to drive pipeline generation and solution positioning
- Build long-term relationships with clients and expand multi-year commercial partnerships
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience selling risk, pricing, or trading technology into financial institutions
- Background working with capital markets platforms, analytics software, or quantitative solutions
- Proven track record managing enterprise accounts and complex solution sales
- Strong network across banks, investment firms, and capital markets participants
- Comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholders
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently

Compensation
- Base salary: range of $175,000 base + lucrative bonus scheme
