Our client is a mission-driven national leader in healthcare navigation for First Responders - serving fire, police, and public works professionals across the country. Their return-to-work sports medicine model helps injured personnel recover faster, return to duty sooner, and stay in the careers they have dedicated their lives to. They are expanding their commercial team and looking for a driven Account Executive to own the Southwest territory. This is a remote role based in SoCal - applicants must be located in the area to cover their territory effectively and be willing to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.


The role

  • Own the full sales cycle across the SW territory - from prospecting to close
  • Engage senior municipal stakeholders including Chiefs, Risk Management, HR, and City Managers
  • Build long-term relationships with fire and police departments across your territory
  • Apply MEDDIC methodology to qualify, advance, and close complex government accounts
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client onboarding and territory strategy
  • Report directly to the CEO


What you bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, municipal, or government environments
  • A proven track record closing multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
  • Hands-on MEDDIC experience and the discipline to apply it daily
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 50%
  • Familiarity with the First Responder or occupational health space is a nice plus
