Account Executive

A growing trade finance firm is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to support and execute international trade finance transactions.

This is a hands-on, operations-driven role with client exposure—ideal for someone who enjoys managing processes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and working directly with clients and suppliers.

What You’ll Do

• Execute trade finance transactions under client credit lines
• Review purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track timelines, payments, and financing terms
• Prepare transaction documentation and verify fees/costs
• Support payment processing and collections
• Maintain accurate records and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years in trade finance, banking operations, or import/export finance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid Excel skills
• Comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• Experience working with LATAM clients is a plus ( Travel 25% is included).
