Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual B2B Account Executive to support the growth of our wholesale division. This role will focus on building new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and executing day-to-day B2B operations. You will work closely with internal teams and Korean vendors to ensure smooth order flow and partner satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective B2B clients, including Korean/Asian supermarkets, local restaurants, catering companies, and corporate partners

• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities

• Support onboarding of new wholesale partners and ensure a smooth setup process

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat orders

• Coordinate with internal teams and Korean vendors on product sourcing, availability, and fulfillment

• Support execution of sales initiatives, promotions, and B2B growth strategies


Qualifications (The Must-Haves)

• Language: Must be fluent in reading and speaking both Korean and English. You will be communicating with Korean vendors and U.S.-based business partners

• Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales, account management, wholesale, or food and beverage industry

• Cultural Knowledge: Understanding of Korean food culture and the K-Food market in the U.S.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with both traditional Korean and modern U.S. businesses

• Legal: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events


Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools and Shopify

• Comfortable with cold outreach and building a client base

• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts
