Yard Worker

As a Yard Worker, you will play a crucial role in preparing samples and display orders for trade shows. You will be involved in picking and preparing orders, operating sit down forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, assisting in production, and engaging in outdoor yard work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and display orders for trade shows.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate sit down forklifts safely.
• Load trucks, specifically flatbeds, with precision.
• Unload trucks promptly and carefully.
• Assist in production as needed.
• Engage in outdoor yard work 75% of the time.

• Proficiency in operating sit down forklifts.
• Strong skills in general labor and material handling.
• Experience in general production and yard work.
• Ability to handle outdoor labor and construction tasks.
• Competence in using power tools, hand tools, and inventory management.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including rain and heat.
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing 50+ lbs.
• Experience in preparing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of concrete and landscaping.

Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors 75% of the time, with the remaining 25% in the display room. You will be exposed to various weather conditions such as heat, cold, and rain, ensuring a diverse and engaging work experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pen Argyl, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Pen Argyl,PA.
