Primary Responsibilities
- Comply with all company safety policies, quality systems, and operational procedures.
- Support workshop operations by assisting with tool preparation, inventory, and load-out activities.
- Participate in product-specific training and maintain competency standards.
- Promote and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.
- Remain available for 24-hour call as needed to support field and shop activities.
Job Duties
- Assist in preparing and testing tools and equipment for jobs.
- Deliver equipment and supplies, ensuring accurate paperwork for delivery tickets, job reports, and timesheets.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and services provided in the field.
- Recommend improvements to methods, processes, and performance for greater efficiency.
- Report activity status daily to the Workshop Supervisor.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely in compliance with certification requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors within job constraints.
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- 2–3 years of industry experience in a relevant field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift and overhead crane certification required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical ability to respond to emergencies and perform hands-on tasks safely.
