Job Description
The Workshop Supervisor oversees and coordinates all workshop service activities related to the maintenance and repair of vehicles and installations, ensuring minimal disruptions and high service quality. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, spending approximately two-thirds of the time performing maintenance and repair and the remaining time supervising the team, promoting a strong safety culture, and organizing workshop operations. The Workshop Supervisor advises management on operational decisions, ensures safety and quality standards are met, and supports the team in delivering efficient and reliable ground support equipment (GSE) services.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based at an assigned workshop within an airport environment, operating on a 3rd shift schedule. Typical shifts run either Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. or Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The role involves regular movement between the workshop, yard, and airside areas, as well as time spent in an office setting for administrative and planning tasks. You will work closely with ground support equipment, tools, and diagnostic systems, and use computer-based platforms such as SAP and MS Office 365 to manage work orders, resources, and reporting. An active airport-issued airside badge is required and must be obtained and maintained. The position demands frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Good vision and hearing are essential due to the nature of the equipment and environment. You can expect exposure to noise, varying weather conditions, and typical industrial and airside operational hazards, mitigated by strict adherence to safety procedures and the use of provided PPE. The environment combines hands-on technical work in the workshop and yard with structured office-based coordination and supervision activities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $91520.00 - $95680.00/yr.
