Workplace Investigations Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)

Spanish fluency and experience supporting employees across multiple countries are required.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in workplace investigations to support a diverse employee population throughout the Americas. This position will focus on conducting sensitive employee investigations, assessing workplace concerns, and partnering with business leaders to ensure fair, compliant, and consistent outcomes across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex workplace investigations involving employee complaints, policy violations, misconduct allegations, and other sensitive matters.
- Gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, document findings, and prepare investigation summaries and recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and leadership teams on high-risk employee relations concerns.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR stakeholders to ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with company policies and local employment laws.
- Support accommodation requests, corrective action processes, and conflict resolution efforts when required.
- Identify workplace trends and recommend preventative measures to reduce future employee relations issues.
- Ensure consistent application of policies while balancing country-specific employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish (written and verbal).
- 3+ years of experience conducting employee relations investigations or workplace misconduct investigations.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple countries, preferably within North America and Latin America.
- Strong understanding of employment law principles and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent interviewing, documentation, and case management skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting employee populations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
- Portuguese language skills.
- Background in global HR, compliance, labor relations, or workplace ethics investigations.
