Role Summary
The Workplace Care Sales Advisor is responsible for driving new business growth for Evernorth Workplace Care solutions by identifying, developing, and closing complex sales opportunities with employers, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners. This role serves as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, translating workplace health, well‑being, and care delivery needs into compelling, value‑based solutions that improve workforce outcomes and reduce total cost of care.
The Sales Advisor partners closely with internal product, clinical, operations, and growth stakeholders to execute a cohesive sales strategy from lead qualification through contract execution.
