Well-regarded regional defense litigation firm is seeking a defense litigation attorney to join their Wilmington, DE team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of workers' compensation defense experience. Candidates with insurance defense experience generally who are interested in workers' compensation are welcome to apply.
This position is hybrid remote and partnership track position.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in DE. Admission in PA or NJ is preferred but not required.
Competitive base salary 140k to 185k, bonus and benefits.
