The Mount Laurel office is expanding and seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join a growing team handling sophisticated New Jersey workers’ compensation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who values courtroom work client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to New Jersey workers’ compensation matters
• Draft pleadings motions briefs and related litigation documents with accuracy and efficiency
• Represent clients in hearings depositions mediations and other workers’ compensation proceedings
• Manage an assigned caseload while collaborating with senior attorneys on complex or high-exposure matters

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school with an active New Jersey license in good standing
• 3+ years of direct New Jersey workers’ compensation litigation experience with the ability to handle cases from inception through resolution
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 case management systems and electronic document platforms preferred
