Salary: $225,000-$500,000
Location: Near downtown Los Angeles
Work Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Maintain frequent communication with clients and provide high-quality legal guidance.
- Analyze medical records, reports, and other case-related documentation.
- Assist clients in coordinating care with medical providers.
- Prepare petitions, objections, advocacy Letters and related legal correspondence.
- Appear at depositions, hearings, and trials before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).
- Utilize the EAMS Online Workers' Compensation System efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth case handling and excellent client service.
REQUIREMENTS: AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN WORKERS COMPENSATION LAW
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in California
- Preferred but not necessary: Fluency in Spanish.
- Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
