Role: Workday Integrations Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Workday Integrations Engineer with strong expertise in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will design scalable integration solutions, ensure seamless data exchange between Workday and external systems, and support business-critical HR and Finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems
- Build integrations using:
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Core Connectors (CCW, CCB, etc.)
- Workday Studio
- Develop and manage inbound/outbound integrations (file-based, web services, APIs)
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT transformations
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot failures
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to gather integration requirements
- Handle data transformation, mapping, and validation
- Maintain integration documentation and technical specifications
- Support Workday releases and ensure integrations remain compatible
- Ensure data security, compliance, and audit readiness
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active Workday Integrations Certification
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday Studio
- EIB and Core Connectors
- Strong knowledge of:
- XML, XSLT
- Web services (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms
- Solid understanding of Workday data model and business processes
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
- Experience with Workday HCM or Financials modules
