Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Workday Finance Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Workday Financials environment. This role will focus on system configuration, security, and ongoing support in a post-implementation (post-go-live) environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with finance and business teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions while ensuring stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain the Workday Financials system in a post-go-live environment
Configure and manage financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Procurement, Financial Data Model (FDM), and Financial Close processes
Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, data loads, and failed processes
Assist in system enhancements, testing, and deployment of new features or updates
Provide ongoing support, documentation, and process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with business goals
Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Workday Financials in a post-go-live environment
Strong experience supporting finance systems, including configuration and functional support
Knowledge of key financial modules such as GL, Assets, Procurement, FDM, and Close
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical/system solutions
Experience troubleshooting integrations, data uploads, and system errors
Strong communication and collaboration skills
