Duties:

The qualified Workday Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday solutions with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Key responsibilities include:

• Configuring, supporting, and optimizing Workday modules
• Providing end-user training and system support
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Ensuring seamless integration between Workday and other business systems
• Collaborating closely with HR and Finance teams to enhance operational efficiency and HR processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Workday experience required
• Strong proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Workday Financial Management
• Previous Workday configuration experience required
• Workday Certification preferred (not required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
