Hospital System experiance Required

Required Qualifications and Experience:

7 years of ERP delivery experiance

2 Workday implementation in domain

Work closely with Project integration team and ERP project team

Financial tracking in partnership with Finance Lead

Risk and issue management with oversight from Prgram lead

Board level reporting

Change control governance prepration

• Strong expertise in Program Control and Program Management, with experience overseeing complex programs.
• Proficiency in Project Control and Cost Control, maintaining budgets, schedules, and project objectives.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to review data, solve problems, and provide strategic insights.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise software systems is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in risk management and the ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in managing projects within a public sector or IT-related environment is highly desirable.
