Position: Women Health Nurse Practitioner
Type of Position: Full Time (Permanent)
Salary: $120k - $150k/ yearly plus benefits
Location: Chicago, IL
Work Schedule: 5 Days per week, 8-hour workday and No call or weekends
Job Description:
- Women's Health and Men's Health Focus in an Outpatient setting
- Non-operative Pelvic Pain, Sexual Pain and Dysfunction, Urological Pain and Dysfunction, Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction,
- You will see 10-15 patients per day
- Musculoskeletal care with a focus on the muscles, nerves, and joints of pelvis
- Ultrasound guided trigger point injections and nerve blocks to pelvis
- Comprehensive Neuromuscular and Pelvic floor history and exam
- Work with a team of top Pelvic Pain Physiatrists across the country to help bring the patients with Pelvic Pain, Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and bladder, intercourse and bowel symptoms
- Multimodal, interdisciplinary, Holistic approach
- Provide excellent, personalized patient care according to guidelines provided by practice
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- DEA Certified
- Experience in either the GYN, OBGYN, or Urology Setting a Plus.
Training: All training is Provided by Founder/Medical Director.
