Summary of Position:
The Crew Leader is responsible for the management of the chemical and material inventory at the well site. The Crew Leader coordinates the clean-up, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job and utilizes competency processes to enhance employee skills, development and job performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of oilfield experience and one year of Stimulation experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- CDL required with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements

Primary Responsibilities: - Promotes and takes an active part in the Service Quality Process
- Utilizes real-time data under dynamic job conditions
- Communications results to appropriate personnel on location
- Responsible for delivery of required materials inventory (chemicals, proppants, acid, et.) to well site in accordance with the Customer's design and KPI's
- Coordinates an directs the activities of Equipment Operators during rig up and rig down on location.
- Coordinates the operation of service line equipment during a job
- Utilizes competency processes to enhance employee skills development and job performance
- Evaluates the individual performance levels of the crews and trains equipment operators to improve their job performance
- Works with support functions, ensures that a high level of equipment operating efficiency and readiness is achieved
- Follows up with the customer regarding job site performance.
- May perform basic tasks in the office and facility yard areas on occasion
- Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed
- Compiles with all company and client Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices and guidelines
- Continually emphasizes safety. Participates or leads safety meetings, hazard hunts and ensures

Salary:
$110,000/YR-125,000/YR
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
