The Wireless Device Configuration Technician Intern is responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting of technology devices and onboarding of new products and offerings. This role involves programming devices to ensure optimal performance, conducting tests to verify functionality, and kitting and packing devices for shipment. The technician collaborates with stakeholders such as the engineering and quality teams to enhance device configuration efficiency and accuracy while maintaining thorough documentation of adherence to all processes.
