Wine Merchandiser

Description

Euro Fine Wines is searching for a Merchandiser to join our sales team in the Cincinnati/Dayton area. The Merchandiser’s primary focus will be on our retail customers who sell Euro Fine Wine products.

The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, excellent visual presentation skills, and the business acumen to meet customer needs through active listening and open, effective communication.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

· Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and build productive customer relationships

· Stock product, arrange product on shelves, and rotate product to ensure freshness

· Build displays to optimize shelf placement

· Clean product display areas and shelving

· Order product to maintain inventory levels, as needed

· Perform additional job duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in merchandising. Beverage merchandising experience preferred, but not required
• Must have a valid state issued driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information
• Strong organizational skills and a fundamental understanding of sales processes
• Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility, adjusting priorities as necessary
