Job Description

Join our team as a Welder, where you will be responsible for performing repair welds on parts that are missed by robotic welders. You will play a crucial role in maintaining production numbers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality parts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repair welding tasks on missed parts to meet production standards.
  • Set up jigs and fixtures, making necessary adjustments to equipment for product production.
  • Operate equipment efficiently, adhering to production standards and using measuring tools to meet quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a clean work area.
  • Follow all verbal and written instructions related to the operation of dies and equipment.
  • Conduct fixture set-ups and operations, including buffing, spot welding, operating special welding fixtures, MIG welding, loading jigs, packing, deburring, sorting, and reworking parts.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in MIG welding.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a welding capacity, whether in farming or manufacturing.
  • Ability to pass a weld test.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with machine loading is a plus.
  • Ability to show up timely and maintain good attendance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
