Welder – 2nd Shift

Pay Rate:$24.00–$28.00 per hourplus $2.00/hr 2nd Shift Premium

Shift:Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Summary

Seeking a skilledWelderto join our 2nd shift fabrication team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality welded assemblies ranging from small components to large structural projects. The ideal candidate has strongMIG weldingexperience, is comfortable working with modern fabrication equipment, and takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities
  • PerformMIG weldingon a wide variety of steel components and assemblies
  • OccasionalTIG weldingas required
  • Weld parts ranging from very small weldments to large structural projects
  • Read and interpretengineering drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols
  • Operate or assist with:
    • Robotic welding systems
    • Laser cutting equipment
    • Press brakes (2)
  • Inspect welds to ensure conformance to quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • ProvenMIG weldingexperience (primary welding process)
  • Ability to weld in multiple positions
  • Experience withsteel fabrication
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and weld symbols
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship
  • Physical ability to lift, position, and handle materials as required
Schedule & Compensation
  • 2nd Shift:Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Pay:$24.00–$28.00 per hour
  • Shift Premium:Additional$2.00/hourfor 2nd shift

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
