Job Title: MIG Welder (Entry‑Level)

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Location: Pueblo, CO

Job Description

We are hiring MIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team producing large‑scale steel components. This role focuses primarily on MIG welding mild steel (with some stainless), along with material preparation and fabrication support. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment.

Required Skills (Needs)
  • MIG welding experience (professional, school, or personal experience accepted)
  • Ability to pass a basic weld test
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Familiarity with grinders, tape measures, and basic hand tools
  • Experience with:
    • Material prep (sanding, grinding, layout, tack welding)
    • Inspecting welds for quality and accuracy
  • Strong attendance and work ethic
  • Willingness to work overnight rotating shifts

Preferred Skills (Wants)
  • Experience with TIG, SAW, or Oxy‑Acetylene welding
  • Fabrication or production welding experience
  • Large‑diameter rolling experience
  • Crane operation experience
  • Familiarity with welding automation or Lean / 5S manufacturing
  • Basic computer skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
