Job Description

As a Welder and Fabricator, you will conduct repairs and perform preventive welding maintenance services. You will ensure the reliable operation of machinery and mechanical equipment, maintaining production facilities and quality control standards. This role involves both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of production equipment and plant facilities. All duties must be performed safely and efficiently, in compliance with OSHA safety and health regulations.

This is a permanent long-term opportunity

1st shift

Pay: $22.50-$27/hour based on experience

Stick welding experience is required

Responsibilities

• Utilize torches, gas-powered welders, Stick welding, flux core, and plasma cutters.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance checks.
• Assist in regular cleanup of the maintenance area.
• Wear proper safety equipment at all times.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor or designated manager.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hagerstown, MD.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Hagerstown,MD.

This position is anticipated to close on May 15, 2026.
