Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Wayne, IN. As a Welder/Fabricator at QuikCut, LLC, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components and structures using various welding techniques. You will interpret blueprints and technical drawings, measure and cut materials to specifications, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship. Additional tasks include maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety regulations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG Welding
• Knowledge of materials used in fabrication, including their properties and compatibility
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Familiarity with safety protocols and guidelines for welding and fabrication
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related field is a plus
