This position entails MIG Welding for custom mixing equipment. Large welds. You MUST be comfortable with blueprint reading and fabricating parts. This is not a production welding position.

Job Details
This position focuses on custom MIG welding and fabrication for industrial mixing equipment. You’ll be working on large welds and non-repetitive builds, not an assembly-line or production environment. Each project is different, requiring a strong ability to read blueprints, interpret drawings, and fabricate components accurately from specifications.
This role is ideal for a welder who enjoys variety, challenge, and technical problem-solving. You’ll regularly be asked to troubleshoot fit-up issues, adjust welding approaches, and collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure high-quality, structurally sound builds. Attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and the ability to think through fabrication challenges are critical for success.
