What You’ll Do

As an Entry‑Level Welder, you’ll work side‑by‑side with experienced welders and receive on‑the‑job training while contributing to daily production. Your responsibilities include:

  • PerformingMIG weldingon steel and aluminum components
  • Setting up welding machines and adjusting wire, tips, and basic parameters
  • Reading and followingblueprintsfor accurate fabrication
  • Inspecting welded parts with visual checks and measurement tools
  • Placing finished parts on conveyors or designated racks
  • Using grinders to clean welds and remove burrs
  • Tracking daily production and maintaining accurate records
  • Reporting equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance
  • Monitoring material levels and communicating shortages

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic MIG welding experience (training or school experience counts!)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Welding certification from a trade school, community college, or similar program

This is a Permanent position based out of Crystal Lake, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
