Job Description
Join our team as a Welder, where you’ll apply your skills in Flux Core and Stick welding on mild steel for an industry‑leading barge company in Ashland City. This role is ideal for both entry‑level welders eager to learn and experienced welders looking to expand their craft in a high‑performance environment.
Pay: $21.30-$24.30hr.
Shifts: 1st shift (6am-3:30pm) & 2nd shift. (3:15pm-12:45am)

Work Environment
The position requires working in an outdoor environment, which can be very hot. Safety gear includes steel-toed ankle-high leather boots, long sleeves, and pants. The role prohibits wearing contact lenses due to welding smoke. The work schedule includes a 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm, and a 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 3:15 pm to 12:45 am.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.30 - $21.30/hr.
