Wedding Experience Producer

Zion Springs is a 24-acre premium wedding estate, marriage retreat, and working farm winery in Loudoun County, Virginia. We host all-inclusive weddings. Every detail of our couples' experience is intentional — and this role owns all of it.

You own the complete wedding experience from signed contract through the couple's departure — planning, creative direction, operational execution, and team leadership across every function that touches the guest.

Dream. Build the planning relationship. Learn what extraordinary looks like for this couple and design around it.

Design. Author the creative brief for Decor, Studio, and Entertainment. Utilize your Coordinator to define all hospitality requirements — food, bar, lodging, transportation — and manage all client communications and planning milestones.

Delivery. Run an extraordinary event as the single point of command. No problem reaches the couple.

• Coordinator — your direct report; owns hospitality tracking, service logistics, and all client communications
• Decor Team — florals and decorations
• Studio Team — photography, film, live stream, photo booth, and content capture plan
• Entertainment Team — DJ, MC, AV, sound, and lighting

• 4+ years producing events at a premium venue or full-service agency
• Experience leading creative teams like floral, photo/video, and entertainment vendors
• Experience owning guest communications
• Proven coordinator or team leadership
• Weekend availability
