Website Product Specialist

The Web Product Content Specialist is responsible for curating, optimizing, and maintaining the company's inventory web content. Ensuring that the website is updated regularly to reflect relevant and accurate stock. This position is also responsible for;

Core Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Uploading, updating, and categorizing product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, specs, etc.) 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to act as a digital product expert, partnering with marketing and inventory departments, and external vendors.
• Content Auditing: Routinely tracking and assessing website pages and product listings.
• Stock Alignment: Ensuring e-commerce platform, is communicating properly with inventory systems so that new products are released and out-of-stock items are automatically hidden to avoid consumer frustration. 



Key Qualifications & Skills:

• E-commerce Familiarity: Understanding of digital publishing and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vendors, launch timelines, and ongoing site maintenance.
• Design & Basic Coding: Familiarity with resizing and optimizing digital assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop). Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is highly beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong management skills and attention to detail.
• Problem solver: Identifies a problem and comes to the table with possible solutions.
• Proactive: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
