Wealth Manager – Boutique, Multi-Office RIA | Planning-First, Relationship-Driven
This Wealth Manager opportunity is with a boutique, multi-office Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) that delivers comprehensive wealth management through a highly personalized, planning-first approach. The firm is deeply relationship-oriented, with a strong emphasis on organic growth through a well-established referral network—positioning advisors to both serve and expand a high-quality client base across its office footprint.
The Wealth Manager serves as a cornerstone of the client experience, partnering with clients from onboarding through long-term success. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously refining sophisticated financial strategies while also cultivating relationships that lead to new opportunities and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building deep, long-term relationships
- Lead client discovery, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with a high-touch, planning-first approach
- Identify opportunities to grow relationships through referrals and centers of influence
- Collaborate across offices and teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience
- Translate financial plans into actionable strategies aligned with client goals
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Own and maintain the firm’s financial planning platform for assigned clients
- Gather, organize, and continuously update client financial data and assumptions
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans and tailored recommendations
- Develop and present client proposals independently or in collaboration with senior advisors, including:
- Advisory account strategies
- Life insurance and long-term care solutions
Client Implementation & Ongoing Management
- Partner closely with Client Service Advisors to execute and implement client strategies
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing service delivery
- Monitor and proactively adjust client plans as goals, markets, and life circumstances evolve
Product Expertise & Thought Leadership
- Provide due diligence and product expertise across advisory, insurance, and planning solutions
- Contribute to the firm’s core areas of focus:
- Holistic Financial Planning
- Asset Management (Public & Private Markets)
- Insurance Planning
- Share insights and best practices across the firm’s multi-office platform
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or advisory roles
- Active Series 65 license (or equivalent)
- Life & Health Insurance license required
- CFP® or similar designation strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
- Experience working in or collaborating across multi-office or team-based environments preferred
- Experience with CRM and planning tools such as Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with the EOS® model is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning
Compensation
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, bonus, and profit-sharing, with long-term upside tied to both client impact and relationship-driven growth.
