As a Wealth Management Mortgage Solutions Analyst in the Wealth Management Mortgage Solutions team, you partner with Mortgage Specialists and Operations to manage the full mortgage lifecycle. You’ll apply your financial-services expertise to drive process enhancements, deliver exceptional service, and maintain compliance from application through post-funding portfolio administration. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Mortgage Specialists to manage the end-to-end mortgage pipeline, including but not limited to: submitting applications, amendments, collect material information for processing and underwriting and provide post funding support. 
  • Respond to all inquiries on any and all applications in pipeline promptly.
  • Ensure all service-level agreement processes and deadlines are met in compliance and within the code of conduct
  • Coordinate with Mortgage Operations to ensure all requirements for home owner’s insurance, title contacts, ownership structure, power of attorney and legal entity documents are accurately completed in a timely manner.
  • Support the underwriting development process by researching and answering underwriting inquiries
  • Own and operate the mortgage pipeline independently
  • Assist in portfolio maintenance by monitoring covenants, insurance renewals, maturing loans, and general client inquiries
  • Partner with senior Mortgage Specialists,  Client Advisors and Lending Solutions on all residential real estate transactions or queries
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry; with U.S. mortgage experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Superior time management and organizational abilities in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
  • Self-motivated change agent with the ability to facilitate process improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, stakeholders, and clients
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including late EMEA hours (from 3:30 pm onwards

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment with frequent process updates
• Mortgage Underwriting experience is a plus
• MBA or relevant advanced degree
