Position Summary

The Commercial Waterproofing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of commercial waterproofing projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role manages project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, safety compliance, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager works closely with estimators, superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, consultants, and building owners.

Essential Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage multiple commercial waterproofing projects simultaneously.
  • Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and scope requirements.
  • Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and procurement schedules.
  • Coordinate project startup, execution, and closeout activities.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure schedule and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve field issues promptly.
