$525/week plus room and board

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Lifeguard with waterfront experience
• LFI preferred or willing and able to get it
• Prior supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe operation of camp's waterfront and aquatic activities
• Make the waterfront the favorite place to be on camp
• Bring out the best in your lifeguards and conduct regular in-service trainings
• Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices
