Job Title: Water Works Project Manager

Location: Open to candidates across Maine

Reports To: Regional General Management Team

Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000 annually

Top Workforce Solutions is partnering with a leading organization in the waterworks industry to hire a Project Manager who will take full ownership of project execution, client engagement, and cross-functional coordination. This individual will play a critical role in driving projects from initial evaluation through completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications, timelines, and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
  • Oversee and manage project pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and milestone tracking
  • Evaluate project specifications and determine alignment with organizational capabilities and solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project value through engineering insight and solution-based selling
  • Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Drive cross-functional communication to align resources and deliver on project objectives at both local and regional levels
  • Support business growth by identifying and prioritizing market opportunities
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and competitive project estimates and proposals
  • Streamline procurement and fulfillment processes in coordination with internal teams
  • Promote waterworks products and solutions across the New England market


Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, commercial sales, or related industry experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to interpret specifications and project plans
  • Experience working with plan & spec and design-build projects
  • Comfortable interfacing with engineers and technical stakeholders on complex systems
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and stakeholder communication
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) preferred
