Job Description

This role supports a fast-paced warehouse and factory environment by using computers and tablets to process orders, transport materials across a large campus, and clean specialized equipment. The position combines shipping and receiving, order picking, packaging, and inventory control with cross-training into factory support functions that require careful attention to detail and extensive walking.

Responsibilities

  • Use tablets and computers to access, review, and process orders accurately.
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and loading materials.
  • Receive orders and deliver materials throughout the facility and across the campus.
  • Pick, pack, package, and label products according to established procedures.
  • Operate RF scanners and RF scan guns to track inventory and complete order pulling tasks.
  • Support warehouse inventory control, including stocking, palletizing, and warehouse distribution activities.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts, when trained and authorized.
  • Transport materials and supplies throughout the campus and to designated areas, including warehouse stockrooms and factory support locations.
  • Clean and maintain specific tool equipment as directed, ensuring equipment is ready for use.
  • Train for and perform warehouse stockroom duties outside of the factory environment.
  • Train for and perform factory support roles such as FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover, which require extensive walking and precise handling of materials.
  • Work inside the factory in a cleanroom environment, wearing a full bunny suit for the majority of the day.
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds safely and consistently.
  • Follow all site policies, procedures, and safety standards, maintaining a highly safety-conscious approach at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records related to inventory, orders, and shipments using spreadsheets and warehouse systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production, shipping, and distribution deadlines.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and cleanliness standards.

Essential Skills

  • Previous warehouse experience, including order picking, shipping, receiving, and packing.
  • Proficiency with computers, including the use of tablets, basic computer applications, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to use RF scanners and RF scan guns for inventory control and order processing.
  • Experience with warehouse inventory, inventory control, stocking, and warehouse distribution activities.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and handle materials throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift, including extensive walking in factory support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling inventory, labeling, and factory support tasks.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment while following detailed policies and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with logistics, order pulling, and palletizing in a warehouse setting.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and other material handling tools (training may be provided).
  • Familiarity with warehouse stockroom operations and distribution workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while collaborating with a supportive team.
  • Willingness to train into advanced warehouse and factory support roles, including FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover.
  • Comfort working in a cleanroom environment wearing a full bunny suit for extended periods.

Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite position on Shift 7, working 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday with every other Wednesday included. The role is based in a fast-paced warehouse and factory setting with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to site policies and procedures. Work includes time in both warehouse stockroom areas and inside the factory in a cleanroom environment, where wearing a full bunny suit is required for most of the day. The position involves extensive walking, standing for 12-hour shifts, and frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Team members use computers, tablets, RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment to complete daily tasks. Casual workwear is acceptable, but the environment is highly safety-conscious. Steel or composite safety shoes that cover the ankles are required, and above-ankle steel-toe footwear is needed when supporting warehouse operations. Good-quality walking shoes are important for factory support duties. New hires receive abundant support and training to become proficient in both warehouse and factory support responsibilities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rio Rancho, NM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
