Monday to Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm (must have open availability to alternate weekends and holidays as required)

Major Responsibilities: -Handles documents for urgent shipments. -Requests shipment documents from GMM plants when not available. -Requests in bonds cancellations. -Works with warehouse workers to ensure that shipments are loaded timely and correctly. Also reports trailer information for shipments when requested. Also ensures that urgent loads are dispatched on time. -Completes daily hot sheets for designated GMM plants. -Attends daily conference calls with material follow up clerks located at every GMM plants. -Ensures that proper Mexico carrier is used for loads.
