• $1/hour raise once hired direct
• Stable, long‑term opportunity with room to grow

• Pick customer orders using RF scan guns
• Pack, wrap, label, and prepare shipments
• Process online and customer orders accurately
• Verify packaging, labels, and documentation
• Use handheld scanners and WMS systems
• Stand, bend, lift, and move throughout 8–10 hour shifts
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• 2+ years warehouse or order‑picking experience
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (select roles)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic computer and warehouse software skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for full shift
• Steel/Safety Toe Shoes required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Eagan,MN.
