Warehouse Technician

As our Warehouse Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our inventory records stay accurate, timely, and meaningful to support production and our customers.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the physical handling and system-based tracking (SAP Business One) of raw materials, components, and finished goods in a GMP- regulated nutraceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and maintain real-time inventory transactions in SAP Business One ERP
system.
Ensure item quantities, lot numbers, and product descriptions are accurately verified
against purchase orders and packing slips
Ensure outgoing shipment accuracy, including correct quantities, lot numbers, and inspection of trucks for cleanliness and contamination risk
Follow FDA, NSF and other GMP guidelines for handling, storing and moving
materials.
Physically receive, stage, deliver, and ship materials as they enter the facility, move
to/from production, and leave the site
Maintain an orderly, efficient, and clean warehouse with proper storage of all
materials
Conduct all duties in a safety-first manner.
Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous forklift experience moving pallets between racks or ability to complete
certification for operating a forklift within 2 months of hire.
Self starter, able to work on their own prioritizing work each day
Basic math, typing, calculator and computer skills
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
