Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory data within warehouse and business systems
• Ensure materials are properly stored, handled, and protected in accordance with applicable standards
• Monitor warehouse conditions and conduct routine inspections to prevent loss, damage, or contamination
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service levels
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support material availability and delivery requirements
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse personnel supporting shipping, receiving, and material handling
• Oversee inventory control activities, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock organization
• Promote and enforce safe work practices to maintain a compliant work environment
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including documentation, verification, and carrier communication
• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure timely movement and distribution of materials

Qualifications

Education

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s

Experience & Skills

• Experience planning, designing, or launching warehouse operations from initial setup through execution
• Proven ability to build, lead, and influence cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with inventory management and cycle counting processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft business applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage priorities and meet required deadlines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
