What We're Looking For:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Shipping & Receiving operations and warehouse inventory management at SuperCare Health. This leadership role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant movement of medical equipment and supplies across the central warehouse and all remote
locations. The Warehouse Supervisor leads a team of warehouse associates and technicians, driving operational excellence while maintaining a safe, organized, and regulatory-compliant work environment.

What You'll Do:

Team Leadership

  • Inspects and assesses the warehouse area daily to prioritize tasks and distribute workload equitably among all team members.
  • Clearly communicates daily tasks, responsibilities, and performance expectations to all assigned team members.
  • Leads the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of all new department team members and oversees thorough onboarding.
  • Ensures every team member receives complete, role-specific training and remains current on all products, equipment, and procedures.
  • Monitors team member performance and adherence to company policies; provides coaching and corrective guidance as needed.
  • Processes and submits accurate payroll for all team members in accordance with Human Resources requirements and deadlines.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Manages all inventory levels to maintain appropriate par levels based on established min/max thresholds; proactively reorders to prevent stockouts.
  • Provides timely inventory replenishment support to all remote locations per the assigned ordering schedule or special requests.
  • Reviews order quantities to prevent overuse, duplication, or human error; implements corrective measures where discrepancies are identified.
  • Conducts monthly inspections of all soft goods and supplies approaching expiration, initiating write-off procedures accordingly.
  • Maintains current and accurate write-off logs, ensuring timely communication to Accounts Payable and Purchasing.
  • Remains current and knowledgeable on all products carried by SuperCare Health, including updates, replacements, and new additions.

Receiving & Shipping Oversight

  • Supervises the Receiving department to ensure all incoming packages and shipments are accurately received, verified, and entered into the inventory system within required timeframes.
  • Oversees Warehouse Technicians to ensure all remote location orders are pulled and filled accurately within timeframes that support on-time deliveries.
  • Oversees the shipping function to ensure all outbound products are properly pulled, packed, processed, and shipped per established procedures.
  • Oversees ordering and receiving of Power & Mobility equipment parts, verifying functionality and ensuring timely delivery to patients.

Vendor & Asset Management

  • Manages the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) log and coordinates the movement of capital assets sent out for third-party repair, including associated billing responsibilities in partnership with Accounting.
  • Maintains professional vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies and ensuring service-level expectations are met.
  • Performs any other duties as requested by management in support of department and company objectives.

This role may be a fit if you have...

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required
  • 1+ year in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred
  • Experience in home medical equipment (HME/DME) or healthcare supply chain a plus
  • HMDR License required (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
