Warehouse Supervisor- Bilingual in Spanish

Our client, a leading logistics and fulfillment organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / Lead that is Bil-lingual in Spanish to join their team.  As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting high-velocity e-commerce fulfillment and relabeling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead- Bi-lingual in Spanish

Location: Chester, NY

Pay Range: $27.00/ Hour, $30.00/hr+ after three months or sooner

Shift: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am 3pm
 

What's the Job?

• Lead hourly associates across pick, pack, ship, prep, relabeling, and outbound staging functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute daily labor plans to meet shipping deadlines and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with relabeling, barcode application, poly-bagging, kitting, and packaging standards according to customer or marketplace requirements.
• Verify SKU accuracy, label placement, scannability, and packaging integrity to prevent errors and chargebacks.
• Perform quality audits and enforce safety, ergonomic practices, and standard work procedures.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in high-volume fulfillment, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with RF scanners and conveyor systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, rate-driven environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
