Warehouse Specialist

Position Overview

Roto-Versal Energy Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Warehouseman to support our Odessa shop operations. This role is critical to keeping field operations running efficiently by managing the flow of parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring equipment is properly staged for field technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts and equipment for outgoing shipments and field use
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits
• Coordinate with shop personnel and field technicians to ensure timely parts availability
• Stage materials and equipment for upcoming jobs
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (as needed)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general shop and yard organization as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills with both shop and field personnel
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, etc.)
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
• Experience in oil & gas, mechanical services, or industrial environment preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50+ lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a shop/yard environment for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
