Job Overview:

A Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting daily distribution operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 /Hourly 

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, scan, and label orders accurately to ensure timely shipment
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks, inspecting goods for damage
• Stock shelves and organize inventory to maintain efficient warehouse flow
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company safety protocols
• Assist in preparing shipments and managing returns as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Support additional warehouse tasks and special projects as business needs arise
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or inventory concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull inventory (up to 50+ lbs) safely
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Flexible availability; shifts may range from 3–6 hours or longer based on business needs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
