RGE Texas Molding, part of RGE Group, a global plastics injection molding company headquartered in the United Kingdom is hiring motivated Warehouse Operatives / Forklift Operators for our brand-new Schertz facility. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment servicing major customers across the North American Market. .

Key Responsibilities

·        Safely operate sit-down counterbalance and/or stand-up reach forklifts

·        Load and unload trailers, move pallets, and stage inventory

·        Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately

·        Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records using RF scanners

·        Follow proper material handling procedures and safety protocols

·        Keep work areas clean and organized (5S standards)

·        General Site responsibility for safety and security

·        Carry out all and any tasks required by management

·        Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

·        Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA-compliant) – Required

·        Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse setting

·        Proven ability to operate sit-down and/or reach trucks safely

·        High school diploma or GED

·        Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a non-climate-controlled environment

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

·        Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

·        Reliable transportation and good attendance record

·        Must be authorized to work in the United States

·        Reliability and great communication are two key characteristics, as well as a can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with multiple types of forklifts (stand-up, cherry picker, etc.)

·        Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

·        Previous experience in e-commerce or retail distribution
