Our client in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations within a rapidly growing manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced settings, embraces continuous improvement, and leverages systems and data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Lead multiple shifts, ensuring consistent performance and smooth transitions across operations
  • Promote a culture of accountability, urgency, teamwork, and safety
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs and use data to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process discipline
  • Reduce shrink, waste, and product damage through root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Manage warehouse budgets and optimize storage of finished goods
  • Partner with supply chain and production teams to ensure proper material flow and inventory alignment
  • Oversee relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure seamless inbound and outbound operations
  • Own and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), including system enhancements and automation initiatives
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams across multiple shifts
  • Set clear expectations, coach team members, and drive engagement and retention

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of warehouse or distribution center leadership experience
  • Proven success managing multi-shift operations in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Ideally experience in food / beverage / CPG industry.
  • Strong expertise in WMS and warehouse technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence
  • Solid knowledge of inventory control, safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development capabilities
  • Hands-on, adaptable leader with a high sense of urgency
