Our client is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations and drive productivity, accountability, and operational consistency across our warehouse.
This role is ideal for a leader who takes ownership of performance standards, maintains strong inventory discipline, and ensures reliable order fulfillment through organized workflow and clear expectations.
We are looking for someone who can maintain structure in a fast-paced environment while continuously improving efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Drive productivity and ensure consistent workflow across warehouse functions
• Maintain accurate inventory through organization, cycle counts, and process discipline
• Hold team members accountable to performance, attendance, and reliability standards
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
• Ensure safe material handling and adherence to company procedures
• Support a professional, organized, and results-driven team environment
Qualifications
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience
• Experience supervising teams in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse organization
• Proven ability to maintain productivity and operational standards
• Experience improving workflow efficiency or process consistency
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems preferred
