Position Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize the flow of materials and finished goods within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production continuity and on-time customer delivery by coordinating inbound materials, outbound shipments, and warehouse operations while leveraging ERP systems and operational data to improve efficiency.


The ideal candidate combines hands-on operational execution with analytical problem-solving, ensuring that warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and inventory management operate seamlessly across the supply chain.

This position collaborates closely with production, procurement, customer service, logistics partners, and executive leadership to support high-volume daily operations while driving continuous process improvements.


Position Responsibilities- Essential


Logistics & Material Flow

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Manage shipment scheduling, carrier coordination, and transportation tracking to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.
  • Work with international suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to manage cross-border shipments and container deliveries.
  • Resolve transportation or delivery issues to maintain production schedules and customer commitments.


Warehouse Operations

  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage material flow to ensure production teams receive required components on time.
  • Optimize warehouse workflows and space utilization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.


Inventory & ERP Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP/MRP system.
  • Execute inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and material shortages.
  • Support reporting and operational analysis using ERP data and Excel.


Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Standardize processes and transition informal or manual workflows into scalable systems.
  • Support Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, productivity, and delivery performance.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with production, procurement, and planning teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.
  • Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
  • Serve as a key operational contact for logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.


Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred; a combination of education and relevant industry experience will also be considered.3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data management skills using Excel or similar tools.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


Reporting & Management Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 25 members spread across 12 hours.
